OUR TEAM

Call Creek began from a local residential movement. There was a desperate need to assist local residential owners who secured property in Ashe and Watauga Counties. Many of these owners had vacation homes and homes that they sometimes needed to be away from for a period of time. Some property owners had a property management service but these management services were not designed to provide regular security checks or "arriving into town" preparations. After careful consideration and discussion with realtors, landowners, and local residents, Call Creek Concierge Services was created by Mark Mangum as a local, grassroots effort to provide peace of mind and neighborly care for property investments.

Bring in the mail, weekly property check of the exterior and interior.

Daily Home Monitoring:
Daily primary home monitoring while you’re away. Bring in the mail, take out garbage, interior/exterior home and garage check. Perform a home refresh your return date.
(Five Hours)

Realtor Assistance:
Put up/take down signs, Install lockbox, deliver documents, freshen up home.
